Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the TTB1 online platform, including the ttb1.win website, the official mobile app, and all services offered. These Terms take effect as soon as you access or use our platform.

TTB1 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any latest changes. Continued use of the TTB1 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms supplement and do not replace TTB1's Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy. You are encouraged to read both documents together with these Terms for a comprehensive understanding.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the TTB1 service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not currently on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list related to gambling activities.
• Playing with your own funds and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never previously held a TTB1 account that was closed due to fraud or breach of terms.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) TTB1 account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances. This includes accounts registered using the same name, IP address, phone number, or device information.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information including your full name, mobile phone number, and valid payment details. TTB1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

• The name on your account must match the name on your identification card and bank account.
• The registered mobile phone number must be active and reachable.
• A valid email address is required for official communications from TTB1.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the bank account or e-wallet whose registered name matches the ttb1 account name.

TTB1 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information or unauthorized access caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their password.

Deposit & Withdrawal

TTB1 supports a variety of convenient and secure deposit and withdrawal methods for the ease of Malaysia members:

• Deposit: FPX, DuitNow, TnG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and online bank transfer.
• Minimum Deposit Amount: RM10 per deposit transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are credited to your TTB1 account instantly once payment is confirmed by the system.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Between 15 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour on business days.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification. TTB1 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected or bonus requirements have not been fully met.

Bonus & Promotions

TTB1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering (rollover) requirements.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• TTB1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Promotions have a specific validity period. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• TTB1 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Where there is a conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence. Members are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before participating.

Game Rules

All games offered on the TTB1 platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, and other games — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found in the help section of each game.

• The results of all games are final once a round is completed. No disputes will be accepted after results have been recorded by the system.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled in accordance with TTB1's policy. If a round is not completed, the wager will be returned to the member's account.
• TTB1 uses a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system for all applicable games.
• Sports betting is subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before the bet is confirmed.
• TTB1 reserves the right to void bets if a technical error causes incorrect odds or results to be displayed.

For live casino games broadcast in real time, results recorded by the camera system and tracking software are final and supersede any claims based solely on the video stream.

Member Conduct

TTB1 members are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interfere with the TTB1 system.
• Colluding with other members to cheat or manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, or contains incitement.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the TTB1 platform.
• Filing unauthorised chargebacks through a financial institution.

Account Closure

Members may close their TTB1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible account balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

TTB1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Self-exclusion request due to problem gambling.
• Instructions from regulatory or legal authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, TTB1 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including any pending withdrawals.

Limitation of Liability

TTB1 shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming activity.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical failures beyond TTB1's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Third-party content or information that may be displayed on the platform.

The TTB1 platform is provided "as is" and TTB1 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely error-free at all times. However, we are committed to maintaining uptime in excess of 99.9% throughout the year.

Terms Amendment

TTB1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendments are required for legal or security reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated each time an amendment is made. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the TTB1 platform after any amendment is published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which TTB1 is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or through a court of competent jurisdiction.

It is the member's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the TTB1 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. TTB1 makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all locations.
